The Puget Sound and Vancouver Fleets participated in a total of 33 races in 2013, off slightly from 2012. Since no single boat competed in all of them, it is necessary to rank the boats according to their participation and individual performance, thus each boat receives a point for each race they sailed in (including DNF and other disqualifications), plus a point for each race win. Overall wins do not count. Boats previously ranked, but which did not participate in 2013 are listed here, but receive no score. The Puget Sound/Vancouver group welcomed 3 new boats in 2013; CAN 135 St Francis IX, USA 112 St Francis VII, and US 94 Ondine.
