Arguably the most successful of the "restored to original" group
(wood mast, layout, original rig style & position, etc.)

Very successful racing in Scandinavian regattas in 1935.
Numerous other pre war wins.
Sold to Maryland around 1936?.
There was a good size fleet there that worked well until Indian Scout arrived and destroyed the competition.
Sold to California around 1940? (LA or Newport Beach).
A bunch of 6's had cabins fitted just before or during the war.
At SDYC renamed Angelina from about 54' until about 68'.
Sailed in numerious offshore races at that time.
Stayed at SDYC with a couple owners as Sceptre. Shipped to Italy 2003 for restoration.
4th 2004 Europeans Porto Rotundo. 2, 3, DNF, DNS, 3, 3, 3, 3 (rig troubles day 2)
1st 2004 Regates Royales Cannes 11 starts, 11 firsts.
1st Classic 6mR 2004 San Tropez
12th 2005 Worlds Sandham 5, 30(DNF), 30(DNS), 3, 3, 12, 3
Very fast at Sandham.
Spreader failure, while leading, put her out of contention.
Also, while leading on last leg of race 5 a slow modern got in our path and we ended up 3rd by 15 meters.
6th 2007 Worlds Cowes 10, 8, 5, 2, 5, 12, 5
Rule 2 trophy winner and Baum & Koenig Trophy winner.
