The New England 6mR Association cordially invites you to join us for a planning meeting and dinner on Saturday, February 16th. We are honored this year to have Col. Tim Street, President of ISMA, traveling from the UK, and Henrik Andersin, Chairman of the Classics Committee, traveling from Finland, to be our guests for the weekend.
The annual meeting will be called to order at 2:00pm in the Arcadia Room of the New York Yacht Club Harbour Court club house. Agenda:(1) boat roll call and state of the fleet
(2) event schedule for the summer of 2008 in Newport
(3) Flapper and Sunray plans for European Championships
(4) logistics planning for hosting the 6mR World Cup in Newport in 2009
(5) Col. Tim Street book signing "The Six Metre -- 100 Years of Racing."
Cocktails from 6:30 to 7:30 will be chit only, so find your NYYC member and be nice to him/her.Dinner seated at 7:30.
